Atmospherics and melodies via keys and guitar take centre stage while the doomy riffs carry the weight without lumbering. Evocative, good shit. Nice cover art too.

Do you enjoy your doom metal with beautifully crafted melodies and riffs, and rich atmospheric synth? Then do yourself a favor and buy this album. i preordered after only hearing The Climb. After hearing the rest of the album, I can say I was not mistaken. Now I'm just impatiently waiting for the official release day. Every single track shines on its own but all is tied together by one cohesive theme. An incredible debut album from a band that I will surely follow for years to come.

The layering of melodic elements; the sombre piano, blasting drums, and crunching guitar is superb. If the Climb is any indication of how the rest of the album will shape up, fans are in for a real smasher!
